Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management and schedule management.
  • •Lead the project budget approval process and oversee risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead risk workshops with the project team to identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions and Owners.
  • •Develop and deliver project controls deliverables with cross-functional input and produce regular reporting.
  • •Develop the Project Execution Plan (PEP) work plan and ensure adherence to project baseline metrics.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
  • •12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • •2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of multiple contract delivery methods and the merits of each.
