Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain integrations connecting the platform to model providers and partner services, including API clients, routing/fallback logic, and abstraction layers.
  • •Own the test plan for features you deliver and debug issues across multiple modules and layers of the integration stack.
  • •Implement evaluation and benchmarking tooling to measure model quality, latency, cost, and reliability across real agentic workflows.
  • •Develop instrumentation and dashboards to provide visibility into how models and partner capabilities perform in production.
  • •Apply DevOps and secure programming practices, investigate and harden against real-world failure modes, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production code across multiple domains in a language such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • •Hands-on experience building API integrations and backend services, including third-party or cloud services, with the ability to debug across modules and layers.
  • •Working experience with LLM APIs, AI/ML systems, or agentic frameworks, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, observability, DevOps practices, and secure programming with ownership of feature-level test plans.
  • •Proficiency in AI-assisted development, including reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
