Job Summary

Oversee the planning, mobilisation, opening, and ongoing delivery of Galaxea diving and snorkeling experiences across multiple luxury resort locations in The Red Sea and AMAALA. Lead operational direction and coaching for senior site managers, ensuring premium guest service, safety, environmental stewardship, compliance, and seamless integration with resort partners. Manage budgets and KPIs, drive training and emergency readiness, coordinate stakeholder relationships, and support continuous improvement of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead operational planning, establishment, and ongoing management of Galaxea dive centers across assigned resort locations.
•Provide coaching and performance oversight to senior managers to ensure consistent, premium, safe guest experiences.
•Support pre-opening dive center establishment including operational layouts, guest flow, equipment and safety infrastructure, and team facilities.
•Oversee post-opening day-to-day operational standards, training programs, audits, drills, and quality assurance checks.
•Manage operational budgets and KPI reporting for guest satisfaction, safety performance, readiness, revenue, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•PADI Instructor certification (or equivalent internationally recognized diving qualification) required.
•500+ logged dives and proven experience certifying students across core diving courses.
•Demonstrated experience managing dive centers and dive operations in marine tourism or luxury resort environments.
•Strong background in diving health & safety, emergency response, risk management, equipment management, and operational compliance.
•Valid Fit to Dive medical clearance is required.
