  • •Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and cross-functional partners on project design and implementation.
  • •Conduct design reviews, code reviews, performance analysis, and performance tuning.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers to help scale the engineering organization.
  • •Debug production issues across services and multiple stack layers; participate in on-call and incident management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of industry experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in an object-oriented language, preferably Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with distributed computing technologies for messaging, data processing, and storage/compute (e.g., Kinesis/Kafka, Flink/Spark/Beam, Snowflake/Databricks/Hadoop).
  • •Experience developing and tuning highly scalable distributed systems.
  • •Solid understanding of multithreading, garbage collection, memory management, and reliability engineering (data quality, data observability, incident management).
