Key Responsibilities

•Build AI Search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities, applying reinforcement learning and knowledge representation to solve problems end-to-end.
•Enhance LLM-based query understanding by handling multi-turn conversations and performing semantic analysis for accurate, objective search results.
•Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking, and training/optimizing LLMs for answer generation.
•Improve the relevance and structured presentation of search results.
•Translate agent/LLM research into production by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product upgrades.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in machine learning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Proficiency in C++ and/or Python, with strong algorithms and data structures skills (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).

•Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
