Job Summary

Oversee daily production operations by leading production workers, monitoring schedules, and adjusting workflows to meet goals. •Oversee the daily activities of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.

•Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet company and industry standards.
•Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain accurate production records. Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

Key Requirements

•Prefer a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business).
•Have 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

•Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with team members and other departments; be familiar with production equipment/processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
