Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer relationships for application maintenance in operational and technical terms.
  • •Gather business requirements, analyze impact on the implemented solution, and advise customers on procurement leading practices.
  • •Configure and customize the Ivalua Buyer solution using the technical framework (C# .NET & SQL).
  • •Perform reverse engineering and debugging to resolve issues across the implementation cycle, including enhancements and upgrades.
