Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA, translate findings into actionable feedback, and drive continuous process optimization.
•Interpret safety guidelines for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases and validate “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
•Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams, manage edge cases, and drive policy cascading across internal and external partners.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports using QA dashboards and RCA tools, and lead/support training rollouts for new policy and guideline updates (about 20% of monthly output).

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience conducting analytical audits in trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operations while maintaining data integrity.
•Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify error patterns, and propose process optimizations to reduce error rates.
•Strong understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent stakeholder management to lead calibration sessions, deliver training, and align cross-functionally on global quality goals.
•Fluency in data visualization and reporting, using QA/calibration tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
