Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and ship core platform components (automation engine, AI interfaces, low-level data primitives) with an emphasis on abstraction to enable infinite customizability.
  • •Collaborate directly with customers, travel onsite, and participate in on-call rotations to quickly detect and resolve production issues.
  • •Define specifications, make architectural decisions, and deliver code without a ticketing culture, maintaining high standards.
  • •Contribute to a developer platform experience, ensuring AI features integrate smoothly into runtime workflows.
  • •Balance product quality with user experience, shaping the UI aesthetic while building robust backend primitives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to own and ship complex platform components end-to-end, including design, architecture, and implementation.
  • •Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and building developer platforms or AI-enabled systems.
  • •Ability to communicate directly with customers and operate in a high-responsibility environment (on-call, onsite travel).
  • •Comfort working in a small team with a broad scope and minimal process (no tickets, weekly priority debates).
  • •Interest in building user-centric tooling and a first-principles approach to UI and primitives.
