Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by identifying and winning opportunities in the defence sector and managing client relationships up to C-suite level.
  • •Oversee all aspects of engagements and campaigns, including client outreach, proposal development, solutions architecture, pricing strategy, risk review, and compliance.
  • •Lead multiple delivery teams across various models and scopes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • •Provide leadership for client interactions on delivery progress and insights validation with senior stakeholders.
  • •Coach and mentor staff, drive performance management, and contribute to IP generation and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
  • •At least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Deep understanding of the defence sector and an exception network; track record of work winning with MOD or OEM clients.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
