Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate functions aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Partner with functional leads and business/technology stakeholders to confirm scope and success metrics and drive accountability across matrixed teams.
  • •Enable stakeholder adoption by embedding solutions into day-to-day operations to realize intended business benefits.
  • •Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication plans; prepare updates for steering committee discussions.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating challenges and recommending solutions to maintain delivery momentum.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 111,000 - 147,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects with a strategic lens and measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience building trust and alignment across senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.
  • •Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, Lean Change frameworks for stakeholder impact assessment and adoption enablement.
  • •PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset. Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
