Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Payment Services, identifying auditable entities and determining audit cycles and resources for a 12–18-month horizon.
  • •Continuously monitor emerging risks and adjust audit plans accordingly.
  • •Manage end-to-end audit projects (planning, fieldwork, reporting) and review auditor work for accuracy and adherence to CAS policies and IIA Standards.
  • •Draft audit reports with findings and recommendations, and prepare and review reports for senior management, committees, and regulators.
  • •Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to audit staff and collaborate with Payment Services leadership, risk management teams, and regulatory bodies.
