Operate and maintain specialized vacuum and cryogenic systems supporting high-quality IDCA infrared imaging production. Execute vacuum and cryogenic processing, including LN2 boil-off procedures and daily gas collection. Use residual gas analyzer (RGA) instrumentation to monitor, troubleshoot, and validate pump cycles. Maintain equipment and cleanroom standards, perform dewar leak checks, and accurately document travelers and production data.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute vacuum and cryogenic processing, including loading dewars, performing LN2 boil-off procedures, tracking pump cycles, and conducting daily gas collection and evaluation.
•Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) instrumentation to screen for irregularities and maintain process integrity.
•Maintain vacuum and cleanroom equipment standards by performing dewar leak checks and managing proper stocking of lab materials including LN2.
•Document and manage IDCA documentation, including travelers and detailed data entry, following established procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
•Demonstrated expertise operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, and Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs).
•Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work, including proficiency with hand tools and mechanical/electrical measurement equipment.
•Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and rudimentary schematics.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
