•Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).

•Dynamism, flexibility and resilience.
