Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and deliver clear, timely, and accurate legal advice proactively and reactively for the LAC market from Dallas.
  • •Support the EU and UK markets remotely from time to time, as needed.
  • •Act as a trusted thought partner and legal advisor to business stakeholders, including management level.
  • •Provide strategic and practical commercial legal advice to enable business outcomes, including structuring and negotiating agreements and supporting franchise development and market transactions.
  • •Manage legal deliverable quality and timeliness; coach legal team members, manage legal budget/spend, and oversee external legal advisors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,200 - 147,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school, or a qualified solicitor in England and Wales or similar common law jurisdiction.
  • •8+ years of legal experience, preferably in commercial or corporate law in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
  • •Ability to assess and weigh risks against operational needs and develop reasoned recommendations, including risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to deliver sound, clear, practical legal advice both verbally and in writing, while prioritizing and managing competing demands.
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong working relationships with colleagues and internal business stakeholders.
