Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate commitment to safety policies and compliance across all work environments.
  • •Support Plastibeton trench manufacturing (batching, forming, curing, trimming, and finishing) and improve trench production flow, material handling, and equipment performance.
  • •Lead process improvement and lean activities, including kaizen events, structured problem solving, and equipment/process capability testing.
  • •Develop and enhance automation and process control solutions, including PLC/HMI troubleshooting and optimization, with suppliers and plant teams.
  • •Lead and manage CAPEX projects and provide project management support across functional teams to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally including engineered materials, precast, polymer concrete, or trench product production.
  • •Experience in process improvement, automation, lean manufacturing, and cost/ROI analysis.
  • •Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP’s, PLCs, and CAD.
  • •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.
