Lead day-to-day operations for Circle’s Treasury Shared Services, ensuring accurate and controlled execution of customer fund movements and banking workflows. Oversee refunds, returns, redemptions, investigations, and exception management, and act as the primary escalation point for operational incidents. Drive operational consistency through dashboards, SLAs, process improvements, and automation/AI-assisted workflows while managing a team and partnering across Banking, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support.
