Key Responsibilities

  • •Explain product features/benefits, perform comparative selling, and demonstrate products with service recommendations.
  • •Achieve sales targets.
  • •Process sales and services end to end, including document verification, transaction completion, onboarding, and account changes (migration/upgrade/downgrade).
  • •Provide technical “how to” usage support, including self-care registration and self-serve assisted support.
  • •Handle payments/receipts accurately, resolve billing disputes/errors, and ensure stock/cash discrepancy-free while keeping the workstation tidy and stocked with information.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally retail experience or customer service experience in the telecom industry.
  • •Good understanding of telecom and data products and services.
  • •Minimum high school certificate (UAE Nationals) or diploma (Expats).
  • •Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Strong communication skills in at least English, ideally with Arabic or other languages.
