Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the roadmap for Content Cards and Banners using customer, sales, support, usage data, and competitive signals.
  • •Partner with engineers and designers to execute the roadmap in a lean, startup-like environment.
  • •Own commercial outcomes for the area (adoption, consumption, expansion) and use unit economics for investment tradeoffs.
  • •Establish and manage internal/external customer expectations, including enterprise accounts and renewal/expansion conversations.
  • •Set measurement standards and define baselines/targets for adoption, usage, and performance; build reliable, observable product infrastructure.

Key Requirements
