Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, motivate, and mentor the electrical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker, automation equipment, and other related machinery.
  • •Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose electrical system failures, and perform repairs on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of electrical malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • •Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other safety standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment.
