Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure data ingestion, data quality, and data support into various platforms are seamless.
  • •Manage and support data handling for investment management datasets including transactions, holdings, instruments, accounts, and funds.
  • •Use SQL to derive and understand data, enabling reconciliation across datasets per requirements.
  • •Apply functional understanding of the trade lifecycle, including corporate actions processing, investment restrictions (including sanctions), and order management systems.
  • •Support internal/external audit, implement and maintain the required framework, and establish goals/success criteria for initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2+ years’ experience within asset/investment management firms or roles, preferably 3+ years in Investment Operations.
  • •Experience in data management across investment management datasets including transactions, holdings, instruments, accounts, and fund data.
  • •Knowledge of the end-to-end investment trade life cycle from a front-office perspective, including corporate actions processing and investment restrictions (including sanctions).
  • •Strong technical skills in SQL to derive and understand data for reconciliation within datasets.
  • •Ability to work with internal and external audit and maintain the relevant framework.
