Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end documentation processes for import, export, empty containers, and CFS operations, ensuring timely/accurate processing and compliant recordkeeping.
  • •Lead customer service management, manage escalations, conduct customer meetings/reviews, and monitor CSAT and SLAs.
  • •Manage gate operations and weighbridge activities, including turnaround times, vehicle movement efficiency, and accurate container/cargo data capture.
  • •Ensure customs and regulatory compliance, act as liaison with authorities and agencies, and support audits/inspections and regulatory updates.
  • •Manage M&R activities, vendor/contractor performance, billing and revenue assurance, MIS/reporting, TOS/system coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Lead and mentor multifunctional teams to achieve departmental KPIs and customer-focused goals.
  • •Strong knowledge of CFS operations including documentation management, gate/weighbridge, and customs/regulatory compliance.
