Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and track testing requests in the testing platform, ensuring applicants complete required eTRFs accurately and on time.
  • •Coordinate with in-house certified laboratories and nominated third-party laboratories, monitoring upload of complete test results and following up on missing/delayed information.
  • •Review test reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; identify exceptions/failures and support corrective actions and retest approvals.
  • •Issue test report dispositions (approval/hold/rejection) based on results and established requirements, maintaining traceable documentation to support shipment decisions.
  • •Support training for internal stakeholders and external partners and provide testing data/insights to the Product Stewardship Standard Setting team for updates to standards and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Textiles, Product Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in material or product testing, quality, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Experience working with vendors, factories, material suppliers, or laboratories is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of material and product testing procedures, workflows, and testing request/report review processes.
  • •Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders.
