Job Summary

Support material and product testing for Footwear and Equipment categories by coordinating eTRFs and routing testing requests through internal and third-party laboratories. Review test reports, manage exceptions and failures, and support corrective actions and retest approvals. Issue test report dispositions to enable shipment decisions, maintain documentation in the testing platform, and help train stakeholders on testing requirements and processes while providing testing data and insights for standards updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and track testing requests in the testing platform for Footwear and Equipment materials and finished products.
•Ensure applicants complete eTRFs accurately and on time; verify completeness before routing to in-house or third-party laboratories.
•Coordinate laboratory testing completion and monitor upload of complete test results to the testing platform.
•Review test reports for completeness/accuracy/compliance; support exceptions/failures via corrective actions and retest requests, escalating non-routine issues when needed.
•Issue test report dispositions and communicate approval/hold/rejection decisions to support shipment decisions; support stakeholder training and provide testing data for standards updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Textiles, Product Compliance, or a related field.
•Equivalent experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•1–2 years of relevant experience in material or product testing, quality, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or a related field is preferred.
•Preferred experience working with vendors, factories, material suppliers, or laboratories.
•Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and workflows for testing requests, report review, corrective actions, and disposition support.
