Job Summary

Manage interdisciplinary projects for the Technical Operations Team within Integrated Operations, coordinating teams across Engineering, Records, Supply Chain, and Maintenance. Own project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, communications, and deliverable schedules. Track fleet projects to ensure production readiness quality, lead risk and change management planning, and collaborate across multiple Technical Operations stakeholders while serving as a SME for project and technical issues.

•Manage, plan, coordinate, and lead interdisciplinary technical operations projects across areas including Engineering, Records, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
•Work independently as a Project Manager for development, design, and implementation of processes and procedures.
•Establish project plans including goals, scope, timelines, milestones, tasks, communication strategies, and deliverable schedules.
•Monitor, track, and facilitate fleet projects to ensure production readiness quality.
•Lead project progress and collaborate cross-functionally (Compliance, Finance, Engineering, planning, Stores, Records, and other Tech Ops organizations).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Planning, Project Management or equivalent work experience/training.
•3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, or in management roles in aviation maintenance, engineering, and planning capacity.

•Project Management certification (preferred).
•Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of AA budgeting, policies, and procedures (preferred).
