Supervisor Maintenance - FIFO 8/6 (Perth to Dampier)

Lead a rolling stock maintenance team responsible for safe, efficient upkeep of locomotives and brake cars. Drive a strong safety culture, manage performance and workflow, and ensure scheduled primary and secondary maintenance tasks are delivered on time and within targets. Use SAP and Rio Tinto work management principles to execute planned maintenance, manage equipment and resources, update procedures and training documentation, and coordinate with key stakeholders while supporting the Superintendent.
