Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve issues related to Q-sys, Crestron, Microsoft Teams rooms, Windows 11, BrightSign, AppSpace, Biamp, Shure, and other AV/digital signage technologies.
  • •Provide AV tech support and direct assistance/training to end users, including for planned VIP events.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance and service on AV systems, including troubleshooting and fault isolation.
  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet event needs and gather end-user feedback to improve the experience.
  • •Monitor integrated technology performance, maintain tickets, troubleshoot issues with relevant departments, and coordinate RMA/parts procurement as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets the company driving standard.
  • •Basic Windows knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot PCs.
  • •Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
  • •At least 1–2 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred), with intermediate PC troubleshooting knowledge (preferred).
