Job Summary

Provide primary service and maintenance support for commercial HVAC customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site, coordinating with team leaders/project managers and customers for installations and repairs. Diagnose and fix equipment using cutting-edge tools and software, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Maintain safety standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and be flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, along with blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience, with technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to work on-site at customer locations and perform service/repairs as business requires.
