Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in design, development, and maintenance of enterprise J2EE web applications and support operations
•Collaborate on CTI integrations and IVR-based call routing workflows
•Work with Avaya Experience Platform and Cisco CTI Server to implement CTI solutions
•Integrate with Noble Dialer and Verint/NICE recording systems for monitoring and analytics
•Troubleshoot and debug frontend (React) and backend (Spring/Java) components within PCF/cloud environments

Key Requirements

•Hands-on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support
•Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and architecture
•Hands-on experience or familiarity with IVR systems and Avaya PBX / Avaya Experience Platform
•Exposure to CTI integrations such as Cisco CTI Server, Noble Dialer systems and Verint / NICE recording solutions
•Understanding of IVR ecosystems including call routing, dialer systems, and voice workflows
