Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement and supply chain for large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
  • •Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, ensure compliance, and support scope of work and single source justifications.
  • •Prepare and maintain project procurement plans with the Procurement Manager; coordinate OFCI buying/expediting across multiple teams.
  • •Develop negotiation strategies and lead or participate in vendor negotiations; manage RFx processes including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings.
  • •Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals; produce stakeholder reports and perform price analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking to support competitive pricing.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or construction project controls, preferably for mission-critical or data centre environments.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and related equipment.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex purchase orders and vendor relationships.
  • •Familiarity with RFP/RFx processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred), with PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
