Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver global payroll transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and handover.
  • •Lead workstreams for new-country and new-entity payroll setup, payroll provider implementations, vendor migrations, and EOR-to-direct-payroll transitions.
  • •Gather requirements, coordinate configuration and data mapping, and support UAT, parallel runs, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery, including payroll review/approvals, statutory payments, reconciliations, and investigation of variances.
  • •Partner with Finance and Accounting on payroll-to-GL mapping, validate payroll journals and funding files, and support month-end/year-end close and cost reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally across multiple countries in a high-growth technology/fintech environment.
  • •Experience leading payroll transformation, implementations, migrations, system improvements, or automation projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with new-country or new-entity payroll setup and payroll vendor onboarding.
  • •Practical experience with payroll-to-GL mapping, journal validation, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll compliance, employment tax, statutory requirements, and employee separation payments; equity-related payroll treatment is preferred.
