Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of drivers to move auction vehicles safely and accurately throughout the lot or other locations as dispatched.
  • •Track each vehicle’s movement using tools and technology, including mobile devices, to increase driver productivity.
  • •Assist the supervisor in directing employee work, communicating schedules and assignments, and orienting new drivers.
  • •Shuttle employees to/from auxiliary parking lots and provide transportation related to vehicles at remote sites.
  • •Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van and follow safety procedures while treating employees with respect.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.

  • •Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout.
  • •Preferred: basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing flat tires, checking fluids, jump starting vehicles).
