Client Operations - Client Services Associate I

Resolve routine and complex client service inquiries via phone, email, and chat for trading and brokerage customers. Troubleshoot and explain key aspects of IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader, including orders, settlement, corporate actions, and margin/fees. Coordinate with international client service teams and partner departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance to improve client service systems, policies, and procedures.
