Join Harvey’s Custom Solutions team to design and build tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers. You’ll scope, design, and implement custom agents, playbooks, and prompts, partner with senior stakeholders, prototype features, and drive growth alongside GTM and Product teams. This role combines legal expertise with AI-driven product delivery to transform knowledge work.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Scope, design and build custom agents, playbooks and prompts for key strategic customers.
•Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and map processes into working solutions.
•Prototype, test and iterate, including piloting Harvey features prior to general release.
•Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering to surface high-impact enhancements.
•Create and maintain reusable assets and best practices to speed up future deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 300,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent legal qualification.
•5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team.
•Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience.
•Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results.
•Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
