Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets using metrics and best practices.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards, ensuring exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences.
  • •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development and training.
  • •Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility (key-holding).
  • •Oversee POS transactions and inventory operations (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) and keep the stockroom organized with timely replenishment.

Key Requirements
