Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end data and AI delivery for HR, Legal, and Corporate Development from demand intake through value realization.
  • •Own delivery roadmap and release plan, holding delivery teams accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • •Engage senior functional stakeholders to define priorities, shape demand into fundable initiatives, and align on outcomes and success measures.
  • •Manage the delivery team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, capability building, and retention.
  • •Establish delivery governance (status, risk/issues, dependencies, change control, steering reviews) and drive Agile practices to improve predictability, cycle time, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering); master degree or MBA preferred.
  • •14+ years of relevant experience in information technology delivery.
  • •8+ years leading program or project delivery for data, analytics, or application products in a global organization.
  • •4+ years of direct people leadership of engineering teams including employees and contract resources.
  • •Project/program management certification (PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe) is preferred.
