Key Responsibilities

  • •Write, test, and ship production-grade code for AI agents, prompt pipelines, tool-calling mechanisms, and execution frameworks.
  • •Model and integrate enterprise data sources across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer CDPs to power real-time agent context.
  • •Build and monitor agent evaluation frameworks, performance dashboards, and key KPIs for reliability and safety.
  • •Rapidly prototype and deliver live production MVPs from architectural concepts within days or weeks.
  • •Surface technical blockers and architecture insights back to core R&D teams and co-lead architecture reviews with customer engineering leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack, data, or cloud architecture environments.
  • •Track record delivering solutions in customer-facing settings such as professional services, technical consulting, or forward deployed engineering.
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern, object-oriented language (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex) plus REST/GraphQL API design experience.
  • •Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and evaluation metrics.
  • •Strong relational data modeling and SQL experience with modern cloud data warehouses.
