Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and continuing education for Financial Aid staff.
  • •Develop training for financial aid technologies and system enhancements, including updates to SIS, COD, NSLDS, FAFSA Partner Portal, and related systems.
  • •Partner with Financial Aid Operations leadership to ensure training reflects current workflows and regulatory requirements, and support new process implementations.
  • •Maintain and periodically review training manuals, SOPs, job aids, and process documentation with version control and knowledge management standards.
  • •Monitor federal and state regulatory changes and quality review findings to update training materials and support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in education, higher education administration, business, communications, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in Title IV financial aid administration, including interpreting and applying federal regulations in higher education.
