Lead the Apparel Solutions business in India by driving P&L performance, exceeding objectives, and improving productivity through best practices. Oversee employee development, performance management, and recruiting for a high-performance team. Set long-term Sales and Marketing direction, build growth pipelines using Horizon methodologies, and manage sales/marketing expenses. Provide vision and hands-on leadership for India manufacturing operations, including Lean-Sigma improvements, safety programs, budgeting, and project execution.
