  • •Develop and supervise staff, including goal setting, performance management, training adjustments, and attracting/retaining high-potential talent.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with an engineering background and/or MBA, with 15+ years of related business experience emphasizing sales, business development, and marketing.
  • •10+ years of management experience, including cross-functional management experience.
  • •Strong strategic leadership with international exposure preferred.
  • •Proven people leadership, mentoring, and training/project management experience, including sales and negotiation coaching skills.
  • •Advanced business and financial acumen, including planning and forecasting and successful new opportunity/account penetration.
