Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications using electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions.
  • •Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies and components in electrical control equipment; prepare units for test and final inspection.
  • •Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
  • •Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
  • •Maintain job progress, receive/put away material, prepare products for shipment, and support Lean initiatives and 5S equipment/work area standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least one year of experience in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates residing within 50 miles of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •Must be able to lift 35 lbs. on a regular basis and work overtime as required.
  • •Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats (speech, writing, reading).
  • •Must be able to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions and participate in health and safety training.
