•Maintain high energy on the sales floor and consistently achieve personal sales and productivity goals.
•Provide service to all customers according to Coach Experience standards while supporting management decisions and store initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable (education and experience combination considered).
•Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
•Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (oral and written) and to work on the sales floor and meet moderate lifting and store climbing requirements.
•Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with interest in live stream shopping, social selling, and making short videos in front of the camera.
