Associate Talent Acquisition Partner – Cairo Based – 12 months Contract

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles supporting Agoda’s Supply organization, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand needs and keep pipelines moving. Track hiring targets, SLAs, and candidate experience, using data to monitor funnel performance and identify risks. Maintain compliant recruiting records while collaborating across People Team functions from offers through onboarding. Also contribute to sourcing, recruitment events, referrals, and process improvements.
