Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the complete commissioning process for data centre projects, including GC and electrical installation teams.
  • •Ensure GC, subcontractors, and the commissioning authority are onboarded with all required commissioning tools in place.
  • •Review commissioning schedules and plans, GC MSRA, test scripts, and commissioning-ability through design drawing/specification reviews.
  • •Drive ACxMS (NEXUS) engagement, audit tool usage for compliance, and train arrangements for relevant teams.
  • •Identify commissioning risks, manage punch list and issue resolution, conduct review and lessons-learned meetings, and ensure feedback on non-compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical.
  • •10+ years of experience in site-based project management with data centre experience.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems.
  • •Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • •Good command in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
