Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive end-to-end AI cluster delivery programs across solution architecture, platform readiness, validation, deployment, customer support, and lifecycle execution.
  • •Create and maintain integrated schedules, resource and lab capacity plans, deployment plans, validation readiness trackers, risk/issue logs, decision registers, and executive status summaries.
  • •Provide clear program status, dependency mapping, and executive-level visibility across cluster architecture, NPI validation, internal/external deployments, and support readiness.
  • •Identify actions, owners, and mitigation plans for technical, schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer-impacting risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Collect, analyze, organize, and publish program performance data through dashboards, recurring status reports, readiness reviews, and deployment health indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced senior program manager who can own end-to-end AI cluster delivery from solution architecture and planning through NPI validation, deployments, and lab capacity execution.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional execution in complex hardware, firmware, software, networking, and datacenter-scale environments.
  • •Thorough knowledge of program management principles applied across small- to large-scale cluster delivery initiatives spanning multiple technical domains.
  • •Ability to define customer and platform requirements and establish integrated execution plans across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
