Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures, while collaborating with Store Management to improve sales KPIs.

  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
