Job Summary

Perform land surveying for properties and construction sites, providing data to support building construction, alterations, valuations, land use, and map making. Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS, and aerial photogrammetry; determine and mark boundaries and control points; and create maps, charts, plats, and survey reports. Prepare legal survey documents and verify data accuracy while supporting HSE initiatives and compliance with laws and surveying standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features using surveying instruments and techniques such as total stations, GPS, and aerial photogrammetry.
•Determine and mark property boundaries, easements, rights-of-way, and other land divisions accurately while complying with legal requirements and surveying standards.
•Create maps, charts, and plats from survey data to support land development, construction, and planning projects.
•Provide layout services for construction projects, including site grading and building locations, using survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with design plans.
•Prepare legal documents (e.g., property descriptions, survey plats, boundary certificates) and generate survey reports/drawings while performing quality checks and verification of results.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant working experience.
•Knowledge of the principles and practices of land surveying and related activities/techniques.
•Proficient understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data and resolve discrepancies.
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required.
