Production Lead 2nd Shift

Set up operations and coordinate the production process on the 2nd shift in a prepared foods facility. Operate and set up equipment as needed, perform preventative maintenance, verify quality checks throughout the shift, complete required reports, and make process adjustments to maintain production specifications. Ensure quality and readiness of output while training new employees and supporting production demands.
