Job Summary

Lead organizational development and change management workstreams, partnering with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness. Develop OD methodologies, frameworks, tools, and operating practices; assess organizational effectiveness; and design leadership alignment and team effectiveness interventions. Translate business challenges into business cases and implementation plans, support people-related impacts of change, and continuously improve OD initiatives using feedback and data in a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the VP of OD to develop and enhance organizational development methodologies, frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
•Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify opportunities, and lead organizational design initiatives aligned to business priorities.
•Support governance models, decision-making frameworks, and operating practices that improve clarity and effectiveness.
•Design and facilitate leadership alignment sessions, team effectiveness interventions, and organizational diagnostics to support collaboration and change adoption.
•Evaluate OD initiative effectiveness and continuously improve programs through feedback, data, and ongoing assessment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,600 - 245,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree ideal.
•8+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, change management, or team effectiveness, including large-scale transformation initiatives.
•Demonstrated success building, enhancing, or implementing OD and change management practices (frameworks, governance approaches, operating models).
•Strong knowledge of OD and change management methodologies, able to apply them effectively in matrixed environments.
•Experience influencing stakeholders and advising leaders across multiple organizational levels with strong facilitation skills.
