Operations Associate - Global Payments Services (Kuwaiti National Role)

Join the Global Payments Services Operations team in Kuwait to support the business and deliver divisional targets. You’ll help implement TOMs, manage payments operations goals across production quality, service quality, financial performance, and operational risk, and ensure regulatory and change programmes are fully understood and implemented. The role also includes improving service quality through automation and standardization, partnering with stakeholders to deliver SLAs, and executing annual control monitoring plans.
