Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the Performance Assessment function to improve site performance.
  • •Review functional and cross-functional performance based on priority, including meetings, observing in-plant activities, attending key meetings, and interviewing leaders and workers.
  • •Assess site performance against industry performance excellence documents and related Tier 1 guidance for Training, Risk Management, and OE Excellence.
  • •Debrief developing issues and observations with senior directors and directors, and provide real-time feedback on shortfalls and gaps.
  • •Generate required reports and presentations for corporate leadership and committees, and escalate unresolved issues through the elevation/escalation process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred or 6 years of service in nuclear power across various disciplines; a technical degree may supplement experience.
  • •SRO (Senior Reactor Operator) license or management certification (SRO) is required.
  • •Experience in three or more nuclear power departments and a broad, varied background in nuclear power.
  • •Minimum two years of professional management-related experience is desired.
  • •All levels of experience will be considered.
