Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor and motivate a team of product engineers, process engineers and other professionals involved in product development to achieve goals and deliver high-quality product development.
  • •Translate product specifications into detailed production processes for Vietnam manufacturing, developing process flow, PFMEA, control plans and work instructions.
  • •Continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet design intent, reduce cost and enhance efficiency through lean manufacturing and cost-down initiatives.
  • •Monitor quality and regulatory compliance, Cp/Cpk, SPC, and drive corrective actions for deviations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, quality, planning and logistics to ensure smooth product launch and ramp-up across Thailand and Vietnam sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Jewelry design or related field
  • •At least 3 years experience in Jewelry Product Development, Jewelry Manufacturing or Project Management
  • •At least 3 years experience in Management level (Jewelry industry preferred)
  • •Product development experience and ability to drive look & feel, understand Jewelry Manufacturing Process
  • •Strong communication & negotiation skills; problem solving and systematic thinking; leadership competency
